Virgin Media Issues

Right got, Virgin downstairs and thats working fine, as is the internet and the phone, however, theres a TIVO box upstairs which I rarely use, but Ive turned it on today and got this:

Any ideas before I phone them?

It appears to not be connecting to the internet (Gateway not found) Yet Im on the PC 1metre away from it, and all wireless devices work fine (iPad, Laptop etc?)

They don't need to be connected to the internet... Just whip the power out and leave for a few mins, then try it again?

What is the heart light doing on the front of the box? It should be steady green. If its flashing, phone virgin.

They use a separate Internet connection to your broadband.
