Vista Harddrive Partion

Car  Golf GTi MkV
Just got my new computer with vista on and there is a stonking C: of 300gig where the operating system sits.

Now I want to make C: about 60gig and disperse the rest to other drives.

I have been into Computer management but only lets me shrink it down by half and no more. I tried turning the Windows retore off and that added a little more but not enough. How do I do it? Is it something to do with Pagefiles? or do I need to use 3rd party software?
