Vmaxx rear shocks

Alright !! Tried fitting my vmaxx coilovers over the weekend tbh it was a epic fail. First problem was the rear springs the original top spring mount does not fit but the bottom does :s so I just put them in like that. Then it came to the rear shock absorbers they went on fine but when I road tested it they knocked really bad iv changed the springs back to spaxx 40 mm and it still knocks

This is how I have put them on the the car sitting inbetween the rubbers is this right ?

Any help would be great !

How's your exhaust looking? Chances are the knocking is the exhaust on the rear beam.

yeah iv heard some times its the exhuast iv had a look and im sure its not that.. im positive it has somthing to do with which way all the washers and rubbers go on the shocks? im wondering weather i have 1 to many washers on them ?

From what i have read in the guide on here thats right. i think the knocking might be something else.

Yeah I can't see any reason this should make a knocking / rattle ?:s

Maybe they aren't fully tightened?
