Voltage drop on bcm

Hi guys my 182 has a intermittent starting fault the immobiliser light stays solid red had diagnostic on it and no fault found other than a voltage drop at the bcm! The voltage input and output to the ecu is the same 12.4v while the input voltage to the bcm is 12.4v the output is down to 11.8v is this normal or is something amiss inside

Normally every 4 or so days but it's not done it in over a week! But sometimes goes a couple of weeks without doing it
