Volume controls next to steering wheel - help

Hi guys was wondering if there is a way to connect the volume controls at the steering wheel in a mk3 to an aftermarket stereo ?
 
Yes, if your head unit is steering wheel control compatible you'll need a stalk adapter and patch lead for whatever make head unit you have.
