VVT rattle?

i seem to have a rather lumpy idle and a bit of a rattle, that i would describe as vvt rattle, it seems to be worst at idle, then as its revved the rattle is pretty much gone, ill try and post a vid tomorrow so you can hear the noise for your self, but what you reckon?

sounds like dephaser pulley (vvt). if you have a look thorugh this section, this subject is very well covered

will do, its worse when its warm sounds like a derv lol
