Got my Sony Ericsson w900i yesterday.

As it's only just been released there's not much out there in the way of downloads and stuff yet other than the standard SE ones.

Anyone know of any sites with themes for it? Esato dont seem to have any yet.

off topic....
Nik if you can, can you post up some size comparison pictures

I was looking at getting the w900, but worried it was going to be large when its opened out. I've looked around but can't find it in any shops to have a play! :dapprove:

Mitchy, I got it from Vodafone through the website and it cost me £50. I'm only a light user so that wasn't too bad, it's free on some of the more expensive contracts. Stocks are scarce at the moment though. Its romoured that it is only available on Vodafone exclusively till Feb, but not sure how true that is. Unless you buy it sim free of course.

Really want this phone myself but I want it on Orange.

I've got a site address at home so I'll post that later.

What are the standard themes so I don't post the standard ones?

The phone comes with 3 Vodafone themes, then the ones on the Sony Website (see link day posted above) except for the christmas ones (so thats Backstreet, Lounge and Avenue).

Em, its quite a chunky phone. Mine is the white version, but here's some comparison pics next to a k750 taken from another site.

Opened out its big (although not much bigger than most flip phones really), but you only need that for texting.

Its worth the increase in phone size for the much bigger screen though, its an excellent screen

i'm going blind in my old age, i looked at mobile-review and didn't see any images lol  thank you for that :D it's probably no bigger than the one i've got now looking at those.

Yeah, time will tell on that one I guess. The orange strip round the edge is raised slightly so when you put the phone down, the lens doesn't contact the surface. The plastic that covers the lens is very solid. I wouldnt expect it to get any more damaged than maybe a few fine scratches. It's certainly a much better design than the lens on my old K700 which was recessed causing gunk to collect in it.
