Want the exhaust on show!

Hi there,

I have a Clio 172 with a K-Tec Super Stealth exhaust system.

The exhaust itself is great, no problems with that but having seen photo's of 172's with the supersport system on I like the look of the tail pipe being on show.

Can I just ask Ktec for a new backbox or do I need to buy a new system.

It's a toss up between a single exit or maybe ktec dual.

It's a Piper catback system 2.5" ID with a 3" outwardly rolled tailpipe, coupled with a 2.5" silenced decat

I like the look of the K-TEC recessed.

The only difference I can see between mine and the recessed is the backbox?

Can I ask KTEC to change it or is it best to just flog my stealth?

flog it on here mate you can probs get 2ton for it, then either get yourself to powerflow ( a good one) or prospeed and get it custom made

+1, not knocking anyone who has stealths but a recessed exhaust just looks so much better.

If you have the superstealth we can just supply you the recessed rear silencer and tailpipe trim.

I think the 172 looks really nice with the pipe showing, need to be dome right though, no good having a bodged uneven cut out.
