Mine was totally blank. Clean & fresh FTW.
Cant remember exact size, but I measured it up so that there was an equal gap all around the plate (so you see an equal amount of the black bumper bit around the plate - make sense?! Super anal, I know.). Think it was around 500mm x 84mm. Something like that anyway.

looks like you're 3/4 plate is mega overkill! Mines the same as harphams and its perfect
