Warning Light

Had the stop light and handbrake light both come on together a couple of times tonight, both seemed to be when i was going round a left hand bend - any ideas?

Ive got exactly the same problem at the moment. Its whenever i accelerate following a long left hand bend. I tried the brakes but they are gripping well.

Shouldnt have started this thred, i just did a search for stop light

Its brake fluid apparently, becoming low, when your going up a long bend on an incline the little fluid you have is moved away from the sensor.

Ill check the fluid tomorrow

yep break fluid, i had the same, low fluid 2 weeks after a service and mot!! f**king renault!!

funny enough i had to top my brake fluid after a Renault service...
