Warranty on body work??

How long is the warranty on the bodywork? as I have found some small bubbles of rust on the bonnet! (inside) was thinking of going to the local dealer and seeing it they either replace the bonnet or fix it.

5 years I think on them.

just up until last service - which was done by Birchdown.

If not its no problem as its getting a few marks done on bumper and they can do the bonnet at the same time

Pretty sure bodywork is only covered if dealer serviced.

I'll check up on it DrRollo, just thought I'd see if anyone else has gone though a dealer to get something like this sorted. My old 172 cup had the same problem, the garage took a look and they said yes we'll cover it. But I sold it before I got it fixed! was only minor bubbles again.

Spoke to my local dealer about this issue and was told that my anti corrosion warranty was 12 years from when it was new in 2005

anti corrosion 12year warranty? does this count for every clio? as mine has a few on the boot behind the number plate

Pretty sure it's only if it's been dealer serviced tho as they check every year...

Surely as long as a garage does the full check it should be covered?

I will ring lancaster/morecambe up tomorro and see what they have to say!

Car HAS to have Full Renault Service History. If it hasn't, it won't be covered.

Search on here, its been covered loads.

sadly it has been up till last service by birchdown (renault specialist???)

I will just see what they say, no harm in asking
