if i do thing such as lower my car or induction kit, de cat etc will this void my warrenty or will it be ok? thanks Craig

Yes..... but mos dealers only void it if the part directly affects whats gone wrong... EG: If your radio stops working.. they canny blame your induction kit

Renault have to prove the mod is responsible for the fault to refuse to pay. But dealers calim as such on your behaf so its down to there most don't care its difficult to prove lowering springs are to blame for new shock/ball joint sets. Many people on here have had coilovers (suspension work) and still ahd abll joints top mounts etc chnaged under warently as after all my cars stock and it still wears though them so its not the fact the cars have modied suspension to blame.

It depends on the dealer, I couldn't have my top mounts done because I had coilovers on so I took them off and took it somewhere else .. problem sorted

They don't log mods on the system or anything so there is always a solution, saying that though it wasn't my bright idea to do that as I juat paniced lol
