OMG, they certainly made a dam good job of that.

The passenger area in the front looks to have stood up extremely well.

The front roof area has stood up pretty well as has the front cabin area, considering it looks to have been a big crash. I dont think there are many cars of this size that would be as protective as some crashed Clios I have seen are. In the past I have seen some Fiats, Escorts and Fiestas where the roof has been flattened!

I saw my mate roll his clio 3 times in a field at 100mph+ an all 3 occupants walked away! I wonder how many other small cars are as safe as the clio! The panals seem to crumple easily but the cabin seems to stay pretty strong like above.

What happened to cause so much damage to your car BigBoreBri??

you know the airbags that come out of the seats, do they just rip through the cover or is there a seam that comes away. the reason im asking is cuz i want a set of those seats and if the air bags have been deployed can they be stitched back up or are they totally wrecked?

Have to say, for a 100+ smash, thats v. impressive damage and the passenger cell is virtually intact! Good job renault! :)

And well done on getting out of that in one piece Bri!

Came out of a dip while easing off slightly... unfortunatlly as i hit the crest the rear end of the car must have left the ground as it snapped and just threw the car sideways down the road, the car then spun through the air into a bank/ditch before bouncing back into the air to land on the drivers side

If i remember correcly the most parts worth salvaging would be the seats (need restitching) the engine/gearbox should be ok and that would be about it as all the cosmetic stuff looked totally mashed...

And i wonder whos got the induction kit... hmm.. and the exhaust... hmm, they would be in my garage then, lol
