Washer bottle & pump upgrade

Hi all,
I've recently purchased a set of HID units from a Clio 182 to put in my 07 Clio Campus Sport. Before I start taking the bumper off to fit them, I want to make sure I've got the headlamp washers ready too.

My question is, would a washer bottle & pump from a 182/172 fit in the place of my existing one? Obviously I'd need to run the pipes from the pump to some new washer jets, but I want to be sure that one of these bottles will fit before I go ahead and get one from eBay.

Will I need to do anything special with the wiring on the new pump? I assume there won't be a spare connector for the extra pump on my existing wiring loom?
