Washer pump needs replacing. Its when the little solenoid thing inside goes. If you do your rear washer you'll notice the fronts come on too.
Is your rear washer working properly? If not, its probably blocked or the pipe crushed under the spoiler if you've had it off before, which subsequently damages the pump in my experience

Sweet thought was gonna be something more technical.

I have just received 2 pumps at £4.98 each,Ebay item no 262228599435.As an added bonus,they come with rubber seal into the bottle,which around £4.50 each in their own right from Renault.
Please note,Sport pumps are totally different to standard Clio,so do not order standard clio pump by mistake.
