washing a drying towel?

Car  Monaco 172
mines grubby now and not quite sure of the best way to wash it? any ideas?

its a megs water magnet

thanks

I just wack them in the washing machine 40-50 degrees, normal washing liquid but no fabric softener.

I have used softener before, doesn't seem to do any harm. Otherwise just in some warm soapy water then rinse out in cold water.

Softener does something to the fibres which is why they say not to do it.

Yeah I suppose the washed ones aren't quite the same as my new ones, but I have so many now I don't really notice tbh!

Nothing beats a brand new one IMO .

The instructions on my Sonus Wonder Towel says NOT to use fabric conditioner. Doesn't say why but I just wash at 40 degrees with Fairy Non-Bio.
