Watching live TV on your Iphone & play it through your PC

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to watch live tv/videos through your iphone but also project it onto a pc screen?
At work and the guys on the shift want the football/F1 on the big computer screen.

Theres an app called catchup tv that lets you watch live tv you basically get all freeview channels , you have to be connected to wifi though unless your phone is jailbroken then you can get round that , as for connecting it up to a tv etc im not sure but can you not get a tv out lead for them

All of the mentioned sites are banned in work, so it needs to be on the iphone. I have found a cable that goes iphone to hdmi which then just displays your iphone on the screen. cheers!
