Water from Exhaust Help!

  Clio RT 1.4 MK1 PH3
water is comin from my exhaust, head could be the head gasket?

and more info any one could enlighten me with?

petrol + air ---> nitrogen + CO2 + water

Water coming out of your exhaust is normal until the car heats up enough that its steam that comes out and you don't see it.

Even if its not water from combustion, if its water leaking into the cylinder from a failed head gasket, once the car warms up and the exhaust gets up to its operating temperature it should be turning into steam and coming out as that, not as water.

The "oil" might actually be just carbon build up in the water, water is normal this is why exhausts rot through and blow.

i always thought it was just condensation etc ....quite ok , clear smoke too , anything else i'd panic
