Water Inside Doors

Basically, when I open the drivers door and its been raining before hand since I last parked, water all comes out the holes on the bottom of the door?

Not a huge amount of water, id say around 50ml quite quick, enough to make a small puddle. I will try and take a photo when its light again

Not sure whats causing this and if its a common Clio fault?
