waterless car cleaning

anyway, what does it actually involve. the reason i ask is today i saw a guy who worked for waterless carwash or something, and he had a sponge and bucket with water in it.

Haha. That man knows his stuff!

(and yes I would get this moved to the detailing section if you want a "real" response) But in essence they are products used when a tap water supply is not available, but only really works on clean-ish cars, and don't use them myself although I know others on here do.
