Waze problem

Waze has suddenly stopped working on my OnePlus 6. Still working fine on pixel 2. Has all the correct permissions etc, done a delete/fresh install, but won't access GPS. All other apps (maps etc)are working fine?

Anyone having similar?

Used it at the weekend and the voice changed from female to male and back randomly. Sometimes mid sentence! Yours working again?

Yeah, was some sort of issue with the Waze server, couldn't access GPS on OnePlus phones for some reason. Had to use Google maps for a few days, which isn't great in comparison.

Yeah Google maps is s**t. Strange as Google own waze too.

The route planning is ok, but it seems to massively overestimate delays due to traffic etc. Unless there's a major change in traffic, Waze seems to get the ETA within a minute or two, Google is way off.
