Can anyone assist, I’ve found an old Gumtree ad which is now removed, however it’s obviously stored in some kind of cache as I can read the first line and view the picture still, however I want to read the full ad if possible?

But you can view the whole ad? I just clicked on the link and saw the (brief) description written by the seller. Unless you mean the pictures, in which case your best bet is reverse searching that image/viewing that image in google images and looking at the related images which are often from the same ad.
