Weber Throttle Bodys 16v

Yes it is possible. I think hillpower and k-tec use the webber kit (although webber themselves have apparently withdrawn it for "further development" )

I cant think of anyone offhand that has it but I think Colin_S might be getting some fitted.....dunno for sure tho

I can safely say Colin isnt going for the webcon option.

THe bodies and hardware are pretty good, but the software isnt something i would or could use as you need to be an authorised and approved dealer.

There are far better bodies out there though.

A 16V/willy bolt on kit is something on my list and should be ready summertime.

Along with this im designing an option which is cheaper, doesnt require a new ECU or sensors or loom and should hopefully give similar gains and potential.

Sounds good to me!!

how much we looking at for a up rated body. and what kinda BHP gain we talking. would it be one of those things u do once u had cams head work etc etc done or does it not matter?????

Complete kit for bodies, sensors, ECU, loom, fitting and mapping will set you back well into the 3 grand and above.

You dont have to wait for headwork or cams and can be used on a std engine, but of course the mods will give proportinally higher gains. On a std engine, look for about 160-165bhp bhp with just that mod.

But like i said, im currently hoping my design should be able to give similar gains without the hassle .
