I can make a simple one, but this would be more complex.

Basically people will have to register and shizzle, im guessing thats going to need some sort of database type thing? Obviously a log in and then people will be able to search and look at someones information.

Any ideas on a simple way of doing this or is it going to cost me millions to have someone make it for me? I dont mind having a bash myself, but theres not much point if im going to fail if its really that hard.

wordpress + phpbb if you want a forum?

Its pretty easy if you use wordpress, just need a database and some webspace and then the rest is pretty self explanatory...

do you already have a database + webspacE?
