Weeping Dephaser Solenoid?

Have noticed a spot of oil where the green circle is, it’s pooling in one of the rocker cover bolt recesses.

The spark plug and coil pack are dry. The solenoid for the dephaser also looks dry but it’s the only thing near it that has the potential to leak.

Take it that it’s a simple swap if I were to replace it?

Looks like one bolt and should pull out going by pictures online of the part?
