  Titanium 182

im currently trying to use it and extrac the tortio bar, it says, wind the nut up the socket, then begin to un wind the nut, if u do this tho its just winding out the bar

do i wind the bolt clock wise on to the socket so it will hopefully pull it out

im very lost

and very sick of my frech pile

right

so i put the bolt, socket and nut wind it in

then when its tight put the nut against the socket tight, then go clockwise with the nut? ahh, i wasnt doing it right, iv given up now

the car wont start so theres no point in lowering it

it is really very simple!

screw the bolt through the nut and socket and into the torsion bar itself, then holding the bolt in place, tighten up the nut (clockwise) which will pull the bar out!

Jobs a good un!

surely thought if your holding the bolt in place whilst turning the nut clock wise, wont it just wind its self into the tortion bar not pull it out

it daft but im getting really confused, keep having small brain waves, and i dont want to try lots of methods and strip the threads

LOL its really simple!

by doing up the nut, its pulling the bolt out through the centre of the socket, hence pulling the torsion bar out!
