Weird Ding sound every 4-5 minutes...

Not sure what it is? possibly a virus or something, however every 4-5 minutes when i have my laptop on it makes a ding sound? no idea what it can be...

Could be a device that is faulty\can't install. Got anything in usb or pcmcia slots ? I had a problem like that with an external HDD

Check in device manager, see if anything has a warning sign
