Weird noise at about 2,000-3,000 rpm

Morning guys,

Over the last few days I've noticed a weird noise between 2,000-3,000 rpm - it sounds almost like a high pitched spinning. I had my cambelt done recently so know it's not that, anybody got an idea what it could be?

Were all the tensioners changed? including aux belt ones
