Weird noise - what is it??

Hi

I dont know if this is the right forum but didnt know where else to post it.

I have a 1993 Clio Champs Elyss 1.4 3 Door.

Recently it's been making a very strange sound which I can't work out.

It sounds like a bizarre mix of gurgling/bubbling/rustling/crackling.

It seems like its coming from somewhere around the glove compartment or under the passenger seat floor or something.

I've checked the water levels, windscreen and coolant etc and it's all been topped up and still making the noise.

Any ideas?

It could be a front wheel bearing, but not sure.
