well its gone AWOL again!!

Lost my 4th headlight washer ball this morning. this is getting beyond a joke now.

How do you refit them yourself? Mine is missing i have got a replacement but as my car is an import i only have a two year warranty and renault wont do freebies! Is it a full bumper of job?

Try superglueing them in or use more washer fluid not just water.

Im running fairly strong washer fluid at the moment. Problem I think is Im a shift worker so Im either driving in the early hours or late evening, so lights are on most times.

I think theyve just been poping the balls in. otherwise I think its a bumper off job to do the complete stalk.

Yup, we stuck Ems ones back in with superglue when hers went and hasnt come out yet.

Think I might get them to pop a bit of glue on the new one. 4 since last july is a bit of a joke.

this one decided to part company after 4 months so not too bad lol

edde why would more washer fluid help? also dealer said the renault washer stuff the pink stuff is best as it is compatible with the headlight washers (prob bollox though)Mine is on 50/50 mix now and sometimes headlight washer doesnt squirt as hard out.

when you loose your balls (so to speak) you just get a vertical spray. Great fun if its the passenger side, then you can squirt pedestrians.

Ive had 3 washer bottles now as well.

I dontt know what there on about Id just use any old stuff.

What I meant was make sure your putting a good amount of screen wash mixtrue in ther with the water as one of the reasons the ballsc an fall out atm is because water freezes and pushes the balls out however screeen wash lowers the freezing point of the water so it shouldnt freeze as easy.
