werid noise coming when driving!

Everytime i drive i hear a werid noise coming from the left side and its loud... and i checked the exhaust and heat sheild but its not either one of them... does any1 know what it can be????

Well first you need to work out whether it's inside or outside

the sound is outside the car but it seems like its comes from the passenger side....

When was the last time the cambelt was done? Or the aux/fan belt? Also could be the waterpump making a noise, Or the belt tensioners.

havent done the cambelt yet as it aint due, and maybe your right fan belt, thanks for all your comments x
