what’s your standard filter look like

ive got a standard valver airbox in my garage from when i bought my valver, had first look at it today and noticed that the filter is made from green fluffy/spongey type material.

Just wondered i suppose i was expecting to see one of those standard orange framed filters,

The standard one is one of those paper jobbies. like a big concertina thing.If its green and spongey its something aftermarket...not K&N, not RamAir, not Pipercross, not JR, not Green, so what is it?
