what are the best?

Hi I after a set of lowering springs and shocks i'm after a drop of 30-40mm and I want a decent bit of kit i'd rather buy top quality than regret getting a cheaper set so price isnt the issue any suggestions guys?

You mention price isn't an issue but what budget you got in mind,

Circa £3-400+ refresh all shocks with new genuine Renault, maybe the 172 Cup versions and a decent set of lowering springs from Eibach or Cooksport, refresh anything that looks tired while you're at it and a decent alignment after

Circa £600+ into coilover money from the likes of Bilstein, their B14 kits


Don't buy any cheap coilovers, lots of people on here have and regretted it.

Have a quick search few threads will come up with pictures and feedback of what people are using

Are genuine shocks going to ok when lowered? I thought you should use shorter shocks or is that only if your going really low?

Koni yellow suspension kit from Larkspeed circa £500 or go for coilovers like the ones George(G172) mentioned above

Eibach sportlines & 172 cup shocks is the best value for money suspension set up imo.
