What area is this no plate from

Right, having a valver with no SH im curious to know where it originally came from so can anyone tell me wherabouts the following plate would have originated from? Im fairly certain its not from scotland....

I have seen a long list in a Road Safety, DVLA or some search website years ago!

Honda site only works for older ones (pre-2001) like yours!

I think my map must be newer ones (post 2001)
