what belt is this

As i was driving home today i found this belt hanging underneath the car and i dont know which one it is

Renault clio 172

When you open the bonnet it is located to the left and looks silver, can see it and is located down slightly in the engine bay.

Any help will be appreciated

seems to be an aux belt but they are not silver!! Is your power steering and air con working??

is your a Cup 172 or just a standard 172 ?

If its a standard 172 you will need the aux kit, which also comes with tensioner etc so that needs to be changed aswell, should take about a hour for you to do,

a 172 cup is easier to do,

if that is a picture of your engine , your cam belt idler has a crack in it.

Its something you wont be able to do unless you really know what your doing, its a specialist job so leave it to them to take care off
