pretty comfy for me and some nice, loooooow subframes!

Yes I want to get some too - Do you mean £300 each? If so Lawrence can get some Carbon Fibre Ultra lightweight ones for £220 each.

^^^ did they improve performance much with being lighter ?? as stock seats weigh loads. ive noticed a big diffo removing my rear seats in the cup and they only weigh 15.5kg`s. (kerb weight now 1004.5kg`s with buckets = 987kg`s !!!)

btw why didnt you get imola`s. those monaco`s are 9kg`s each (lightest recliner is 13.8kg`s so still a weight saving over ones of those expensive recliners but the imolas look simular if not almost identical and weight 5.1kg`s each ! so a 8kg total saving over your buckets can be had if you opted for those and a 18kg difference i belive over the standard cup seats without airbags.



was it for comforts sake ?
imolas are only £185 each how much were your monacos ?

like the cobra monacos, what concerns me is whenever I see them for sale on ebay etc, always says they have small holes in them. Dont want something thats gonna look s**t in a couple of months.

I never go on long journeys in the clio so it doesnt matter too much about comfort, as long as there light and cheap!

i had the sparco juniors, i think they have been replaced with some v similar ones now though by sparco!

they were a fair bit comfier!

got leathers in the clio at the mo, not decided what seats i want for it yet! or what colour to go for!

We picked up a pair of Sparco Speed buckets from ebay yesterday for £160 without subframes (£149 each at demon tweeks) a month old and in perfect nick... now just need some subframes to bolt them in to the 205 and then get it on track!
Rang DT's for subframes earlier - £35 each for the sparcos (tailored subframes) whereas Cobra tailored subframes were £90+ each!!!
Keep an eye on ebay - there was also a pair of monacos on there last night for reasonable money..

Monacos are shite imo bit heavy and you'll bang around in them unless you are a proper fat b*****d... Those sparcos in the nana were comfy but a bit heavy...got imolas now narrow but spot on and LIGHT.
