What can i fit in

Hey guys ive had my mk1 1.2 for some time now and its completely standard, i dont wanna add an induction kit id rather just drop a 1.4 rt or something init? what can i put init with the least amout on work?

Ahh ok cheers, its just i had an engine conversion done on my fiesta and that was a rite mess with zetec wiring looms and stuff!! But was worht it! thought this might be simpler!
