K&N Rang me today asking if they could have me car for a few days to develop a new filter for the 182. Its apparently an 'Apollo' line of filters and want the car for a few days to test it and modify it on the car.
They say they are fully insured, and any damaged caused will be claimed from insurance (blown engine etc). Involves putting the car on the dyno for 2 days basically.
Dont know if i want to put the car through that, its ok me thrashing it down the strip at MnR (Midnight Racing aka Street Racing), tho letting someone else do it....eeek..
They said i get a replacement car whilst they have the car.. Payment would be a free filter kit for the car once they are released. And the knowledge of that the filter kit sold would of been developed on me car..
What you think i should do then..?? Let em have it.?
