What do I need to connect my Ipod to my Alpine?

What do I need to be able to connect my Ipod nano to this unit?

I have the exact same headunit, and have just connected my ipod to it today, its pretty good, although its not as user friendly as I'd hoped! I still cant get the steering wheel stalk to work though! grrr!
