What do people recommend on interior/dashboard?

Folks tell me what you use please - e.g. what mat/interior shampoo, dash wipes, etc.

I'm going to get stuck into the interior this week and then do the exterior at the weekend.

Weekly wipe downs that maintains a totally matt clean factory look.

or 1Z Cockpit Premium. (Shame about its smell)

Bi-Monthly clean and dressing proper with UV protection but also maintaining a factory non glossy or greasy look - Poorboys Natural Look.
