I have a bluetooth stereo which makes and receives calls. Although the mic quality is not fantastic.
Just got myself one of these. They make one for iphones and smartphones, and it's great.
With my HTC sensation, it has Bluetooth for making and receiving calls, and it also projects the spoken voice on the navigation through the speaker on the device too.
