Well I done this and it comes up with a link which I need to provide a username and password for...

Where do I get this from?

TBH, you don't seem all that wise with what you're doing (no disrespect meant at all)

I probably wouldn't go poking around in your router admin, you might change something and disable your internet connection..

BT ones are likely to be:
Username: admin
Password: password

Talktalk ones are likely to be:
Username: admin
Password: admin

Not sure about others
