Whilst I was bored picking my mrs up today , I thought I would do a clock reset .... This is what come up ....wtf does that mean lol

Has detected an injection fault at some point.

I changed the injectors a few weeks ago (old ones looked a bit rusty lol) car runs great , I have a fault code reader but it doesn't show up on that .

Press the reset button on the clocks to clear it and see if any fault codes reappear... Probably an old error code...
