Looks like a front splitter rather than a bumper !! search the pics section, someone on here has got that !!

the front bumper is the Gia Cuzzo front valance from Prima, also called Koncept if you buy it from K-tec. Cant tell what the skirts are coz the pics poor quality

yeah looks like the koncept kit from ktec with the struts removed from the hole
