i had one like that on an old car, the cone itself was a universal (un-branded) but it probably is something like a simota

i would imagine the actual cone would have to be quite small to fit in that

It's not a Simota, or if it was, someone stooged you.

Green Cotton make very nice filters and currently supply or have supplied Judd, Peugeot and Citroen WRC.

Not cheap but pretty good.
