what KW is this??

hi,

got a deal of 200 pounds on a set of KW coilovers,

their numbers are 900 1108, and cant read the rear ones,

but will post up once the guy sends me the number by email

what are they?? strictly racing or could be used on normal roads?

they are missing the top alloy cones that go over the spring though, are these expensive to buy separately??

you sure about this??? the guy told me its from a german clio cup,

I found it strange to have a spring together with the shock in the rear,

the Clio cups run bilstein dampers or at least i think they do i know the old ones definitely did

Definately NOT from a clio, you've been tucked up I'm afraid chap. Even the cup car coilover kits dont look like that, fitment is all wrong.

good thing I asked you guys first before wasting my hard earned credits for that,

thanks a lot, think I ll stay standard for this first spring/summer, and will get it lowered next spring then.

btw How's the standard 197 suspension on the track?
stiff enough? or does the car feel to soft in the bends?

I cant tell yet on mine while its still in the garage being repaired.

Errrr.... My car is a mk2 - so, they may be for a 197 (although I don't have a clue, never seen 197 suspension)...

As it's a great deal, it'd be worth quoting the numbers to KW before you say no...

the 197 suspention is fine on track i have driven two now and they are very good
