what oil and plugs (valver)

Castrol Magnatec 10w40....always has and seems to run really well

I use the same oil (Castrol Magnatec) but i was reading something on here about the minging noise they make when cold, My certianly does, anyway im going to try Moble 1 (or whatever it is) next.

I stick to Elf for my valver

Competition 10w40 does a perfect job for me

I stuck to Mobil 1 15W50 in my valver and it ran very smoothly and was quieter on start up than the Castrol Magnatec the previous owner had put in it.

I'd recommend getting a Service kit from Hill Power - you get Dizzy Cap, Rotor Arms, Leads and Plugs.

Altho, I'm sure my plugs were slightly different than them ones which I had! Works well..

5W-40 fully synthetic is what i would recommend unless its mega high mileage

I totally agree with him, mine sounded like a bag of spanners from cold when I used it. Never ever ever again its awful !!!
