Jay........as far as im aware no1 makes a fully synthetic 10W-40......

not in the UK anywayz......

you should be fine with a fully synthetic 5W-40 like Silkolene Pro S, Carlube Triple R, Shell Helix, Total Quartz 9000 etc etc

or you could use Mobil 1

a lot of garages use Mobil Super S aswell.......which is also a semi....

we used to use semi but im sure its fully synthetic now.very exspensive as well.
