what oil to use ?

gona do a oil change on my hybrid

has a 2liter williams engine

what oil should i use and how much will i need

5-40 for most uses
4.5 liters I think you need from memory.
I used aload of different types Silkline Pro is good i used 10-60 racing stuff but my car was my track car so never did any normal miles I used thw Vauxhall stuff as it was cheap for a bit but 120 degrees sustaned on track used to turn it black (ie I'd cooked it) in half a day.
