So im bascially going to have to replace every consumable,
every semi consumable and other parts in my F7R valver.

I was hoping someone could give me some advice what parts i should be getting
and whats just over priced crud??

im looking at getting the following

http://www.k-tecracing.com/show_product.asp?id=191&appid=1

http://www.k-tecracing.com/show_product.asp?id=1782&appid=1
(fronts only for the pads)

http://www.k-tecracing.com/show_product.asp?id=1426&appid=1

http://www.k-tecracing.com/show_product.asp?id=189&appid=1

http://www.k-tecracing.com/show_product.asp?id=2672&appid=1

Its a hefty old bill,
are things like iridium plugs actually any better than regular ones when it comes to a non tuned F7 engine??
should i just go to my local parts store with the same list and get it all for possibly half the price??

i also want a new
starter motor
TDC sensor
Throttle position sensor

should i be getting all of these parts new?? or should i just get them from a scrappie??

please discuss and thankyou for any advice!!

Get a Payen HG kit from a factors, good quality and cheaper than Ktec.

EBC Greenstuff are pants, spending the money youd save on the HG kit on a set of CL RC5+ pads, you wont look back.

Deistributor cap, thats pretty expensive, i expect a GSF item will be just as good.

Leads are fine, but will offer benefit over standard items IMO.

Iridium plugs are an absolute waste of time, get a set of NGK BKR6EK's on ebay for about £10.
